oberlin housing

Housing owned by Oberlin College is only available to new hires on a temporary basis. Accommodations include apartments and houses in town. There are currently 13 units in the college housing program, with changing availability.

A security deposit is due in advance, but rent is collected through a payroll deduction program. All rentals include parking, pets and utilities depend on the rental.
